The Terestrial Tribe
Who We Are

Ms. Ashley
Director
As the Director of Terestrial Academy, I am deeply passionate about creating meaningful, nature-based experiences for children. I believe that the outdoors is one of the most powerful classrooms—where curiosity is sparked, confidence is built, and a lifelong love for learning begins.
With a heart rooted in adventure and connection, I strive to cultivate an environment where children feel safe to explore, take risks, and grow at their own pace. My approach is grounded in nurturing the whole child through hands-on discovery, imaginative play, and a strong sense of community.
I am also a proud mother to my daughter, River May, who continues to inspire my work and deepen my appreciation for the magic of childhood and the importance of connection, wonder, and play.
Outside of Terestrial, I have a deep love for horses and spend as much time as I can immersed in the outdoors. Whether it’s riding, exploring new trails, or simply being in nature, these experiences continue to shape and inspire the work I do every day with our wildlings.

She finds joy in family, the outdoors, and the quiet beauty of nature—feeling most alive while taking in all that God has created. She brings a peaceful, nurturing energy to each day. With her, children are encouraged to slow down, explore, and truly connect with the world around them.
